Umrah Ease - Terms & Condition

1. Child Policy - All Child Rates Are Applicable Only For Children Not Requiring A Separate Bed.

2. Luggage Allowance - Any luggage exceeding the airline’s standard allowance, as stated on the ticket, will be the sole responsibility of the pilgrim and must be paid for separately by the pilgrim at the airport itself.

3. Visa and Transport - If the package is booked without an Umrah visa arranged through us, transportation services will not be included and will be charged additionally. Any fines levied due to Non-adherence of this policy shall be borne by the passenger themselves.

4. Unused Services - Any service included in the package but not utilized by the pilgrim shall remain Non-refundable.

5. Room Allocation - Hotel room allotment is handled directly by the hotel as per their internal policies. Specific room preferences cannot be guaranteed or entertained.

6. Hotel Check-in/Check-out Timings - Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (Saudi local time).

7. Room Proximity Requests - Requests for rooms on the same floor are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

8. Hotel Changes - Hotels are subject to change based on availability. Changes may occur without prior notice. However, every effort shall be made at our end to provide a hotel with similar quality, rating and comfort.

9. Laundry Disclaimer - We are not responsible for any damage, color fading, or loss of garments due to hotel laundry services.

10. Local Ziyarat Policy - Complimentary Badr & Jurana ziyarat for Gold & Silver package only. Pilgrims who arrive late will be left behind, and no alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided.

11. Liability Disclaimer - We are not liable for any loss of luggage, injury, medical issue, accident, additional expense, or inconvenience due to delays, deportation, natural calamities, theft, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Zamzam Water - Complimentary Zamzam water will be provided only if the airline permits its carriage at the airport.

13. Wheelchair Requirement - Pilgrims requiring a wheelchair must make their own arrangements.

14. Medical Insurance - Insurance provided with the visa is valid only in Saudi government hospitals. It does not include transportation for medical treatment.

15. Tour Dates & Flight Schedule - All dates, flights, and itineraries are tentative and may change based on airline availability and operational requirements.

16. Exchange Rate Policy - The tour price is calculated based on a fixed exchange rate of SAR 1 = ₹22.50. Any substantial fluctuation in exchange rates at the time of passport submission will result in a price adjustment payable by the passenger.

17. Riyaz Ul Jannah Booking - During peak season, appointments for Riyaz Ul Jannah are controlled via the Nusuk app and are not guaranteed. Delays or failures in securing appointments are beyond our control.

Full payment must be cleared 25 days before departure.

All bookings are Non-Refundable. In the event of a cancellation, 100% of the booking amount will be levied as a cancellation charge. All payments made towards any booking are strictly non-refundable.
